The coverage of the coating is dependent on the porosity of the concrete being coated and the application technique utilized. This product is designed to be applied very thin, with the supplied, nine inch foam roller application of this material to stairs vertical surfaces or wood will have reduced coverage rates. A little goes a long way before you begin the process of preparing the floor for coating. It is important to perform a series of tests to ensure proper coating adhesion you need to determine if the concrete has been previously sealed by utilizing a simple test of pouring a small amount of water onto the surface in various areas of the floor. If the water beads a sealer, is present and needs to be either chemically or mechanically removed, with a diamond grinder available at a local rental store, please visit rock solid floors, comm for more information and recommend. If the floor has been previously coated, you need to determine if the coating is well adhere to the surface, with a razor blade cut an X through the coating and down to the concrete, apply a five-inch piece of tape over the X and press down firmly completely. Remove the tape with one quick pull if more than 10 % of the taped area is removed, the original coating is not bonded well and needs to be removed chemically or mechanically with a diamond grinder. If you have determined the coating is well adhered completely d gloss. The surface using 40 to 80 grit sandpaper and wiping down the surface with M ek, please make sure to wear the proper protective equipment and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Mechanical grinding will be necessary to remove coatings that show any signs of delamination from the surface if the existing coating is failing in any way, peeling chipping, flaking, etc. Rock solid floors highly recommends removing the entire coating and starting the application process with a fresh, clean dry. Concrete surface contact your local hardware store for more information on grinder rental. If you sand or remove old coatings, you may release lead dust. Lead is toxic. Exposure to lead dust can cause serious illness such as brain damage, especially in children. Pregnant women should also avoid exposure. Wear a NIOSH approved respirator to control, LED exposure clean up carefully with a HEPA vacuum and a wet mop before you start find out how to protect yourself and your family by contacting the national lead information hotline at see rock solid floors, comm for more information temperature Extremes the ideal temperature range when working with rock solid floors products is 40 degrees, fahrenheit to 90 degrees, Fahrenheit 4 degrees Celsius to 32 degrees Celsius. Warmer temperatures will shorten working times. Cooler temperatures will require longer care times. Preparation of the concrete is in the rock solid floor. Safe edge should not be attempted below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. If it is raining or if it is extremely damp out, it is not recommended to coat the floor. Concrete substrate must be completely dry at the time of application to achieve proper adhesion, concrete inspection, concrete is different in many areas of the country. Some concrete is especially hard which will require extra etching. If you have soft and chalky concrete or areas of concrete that have spalling chipping or cracking use, the rock solid floors fast patch to repair and level out the floor prior to coating rock solid floors fast patched is mixed at a one-to-one ratio and applied with a Putty knife to the affected area due to its unique characteristics, it does not have to fully cure before applying the rock solid floors polyuria garage coat. You must apply the garage coat before the fast patch is fully cured. Otherwise it will become too smooth to coat over. If the fast patch has fully cured, you will need to deglaze the surface using 40 to 80 grit sandpaper and wiping the surface down with em ek. Please make sure to wear the proper protective equipment and follow the manufacturer's instructions prior to etching tire dressing and other unseen. Contaminants carried in from vehicles will cause issues with the coatings adhesion prior to etching the floor. Locate areas where the tires are when the vehicle is parked and test them by spraying water on them. The water should soak in to show that the area is ready for coating. If there are areas were water beads on the surface, it represents a possible contamination. Oil wax or tire dressing. This must be treated prior to coating, utilize, the rock solid floor, safe etch solution at a hundred percent, concentrate to the area of contamination and rinse thoroughly the use of a palm or belt sander with 80 grit sandpaper is also recommended if water continues to beat on The surface reach each area again until the beating stops use the rock solid floor, safe, etch included in your kit to open the pores of the concrete to provide the proper adhesion required for a long-lasting floor. The etching is required on all uncoated concrete, new and old. Do not etch partially coated concrete slabs, while the etching will prepare the concrete cleaning is to be done prior to etching using a professional grade degreaser. If utilizing a pressure washer to clean the floor, please make sure to wear the proper protective equipment use tape to mask off a straight line underneath the garage door keep children and pets indoors and away from work area at all times during the installation. Please make sure to read and follow all safety guidelines during all phases of the application, thoroughly sweep out all dust and dirt on the floor and apply a mr. water to the surface. The concrete should accept water evenly and consistently across the entire surface, to be coated. If there are areas of beading on the surface, it represents a possible contamination, oil wax or tire dressing. These areas need to be cleaned, with a full concentrate of professional-grade degreaser prior to etching scrub, the area with a stiff, bristle, broom, rinse and inspect again. If water continues to beat on the surface, retreat the strain and scrub again into water, no longer beads in that area, once you have determined that water is no longer beating on the surface, you are now ready to etch. The concrete. Please see recommended safety practices located on container mix the contents with 3/4 of a gallon of water. Slowly, add the mixed product to a plastic watering can working in a 10 by 10 section of the floor pour out the etching solution evenly on the floor scrub. The solution around with a stiff, bristle broom upon the initial application of the safe fetch, a frothing, should occur for a few seconds while being scrubbed. If the concrete does not froth, it means that there is a sealer on the floor and it must be chemically or mechanically removed when the frothing stops rinse the solution and move on to the next section, when all sections are completed, rinse three times and scrub with A stiff, bristled broom, while rinsing to speed up the drying process, use a floor squeegee to push all excess water to the center of the floor, and then vacuum up do not leave pooled water on the floor. Let the floor dry for at least two to four hours or overnight, with the door open. It is imperative that the floor be completely dry before applying any coatings. A good rule of thumb is to wait 24 hours place tarp on the ground and thoroughly mix the material in the rock solid floors. Polyuria garage coat pouch by shaking it both up and down and back and forth and squeezing each side of the pouch any clumps or thick spots need to be massaged to break them up and blend them in once. The material is thoroughly mixed, open the pouch and add the garage coat color tint by pouring the entire contents of the container into the pouch, using a paint stick to scrape the sides to get all of the tint out. This is an imperative step to the success of the installation, reseal the top fold, the pouch over in half and shake the contents for 30 to 60 seconds for installations that will involve multiple kits. It is suggested to combine all the color tints together before adding them to the garage pouches to do so. Pour all the individual color tints into a large plastic mixing container and blend them together with a paint stick until a uniform color is achieved, then simply pour the tint back into the color tint containers evenly and add to the pouches one. At a time. This will ensure a uniform color over the entire surface. Do not install the rock-solid garage coat outside the garage door. If you go beyond the garage door, the coating will fade and change in color garage coat. Application pour a small amount of the mix material from the pouch on the floor about a foot back from the corner wall in roughly two to three foot ribbons. A little of this goes a long way using a three-inch paintbrush cut in the material around the perimeter. On half the area to be coated, rock solid floors recommends using the nine inch foam roller to allow for a smoother professional installation and to work the prod until a thin and an opaque gray is achieved, apply material in four foot by four foot sections in a Thin and even coat across the floor using an M and W pattern, this pattern will provide the most uniform results if the product seems to be transparent, continue to work. The material with the roller until a solid color is achieved continue to pour out small amounts of the material as needed and continue the floor when nearing the end of this material place. The pouch upside down on the floor to get all the material out to avoid creating thick spots do not overlap into previously coated areas. Attempt to stay two feet away from the previously coated area, use the roller to pull the material back towards you. First, then, push it forward to fill in the void between the sections always reseal and fold. The pouch over in half to ensure the unused product is not exposed to the atmosphere, do not pour material over control, joints or cracks or allow material to pool in low spots of the floor. This is a single component product that will stay liquid until it is spread out in a thin millage on the surface. At that point, the atmosphere will start to cure the product for a more aggressive, non-slip coating, use clear, silica sand and decorative chip during the application. Do so by grabbing small pinches of either material between your index finger and thumb and throwing it up into the air into the wet coating? Please make sure to wear the proper protective equipment and follow the manufacturer's instructions once a strip across the entire back wall has been coated. You may broadcast the rock-solid decorative chip, if desired, do so by grabbing small pinches of chip between your index finger and thumb and throwing it up into the air into the wet coating. The density or coverage of the chip thrown should be consistent throughout the floor. For the most uniform finish, it will be important when broadcasting the chip to leave a wet edge. This is a six to twelve inch section of the coated floor that will not receive chip until the next section of the floor is applied and rolled into the wet edge, allowing for a seamless application. Once the next section has been coated, you may broadcast chip again and continue this system throughout the floor. Cutting in the edges as you go depending on temperature and humidity. The average cure time is four to eight hours for foot traffic 24 hours for vehicle traffic. The coating will need to be dry to allow foot traffic for the optional rock solid floors, clear poly, a top coat application do not walk on the coating, while is tacky, as you will put permanent footprints in the floor, use caution, tape to block off all points Of entry to avoid accidental contamination to the wet coating do not lower the garage door down all the way before the coating has fully cured. The best way to test for cure is to touch the coating in the last area that was coated to see if it has tact over. It should not feel tacky to the touch and no color should come up on your fingers. This now completes the installation of your rock solid floors, kit, clear topcoat installation when applying the rock solid poly area, clear topcoat. It must be applied within six to eight hours of garage coat. The clear topcoat will provide extra protection in areas of heavy use or high traffic. The clear topcoat pouch will cover 250 square feet, place tarp on the ground and thoroughly mix the materials in the clear topcoat pouch by shaking it back and forth, and squeezing each side of the pouch any clumps or thick splats need to be massaged to break them Up and blend them in with the rest of the coating do this to all pouches. So they are ready for mixing prior to breaking the middle seal and combining the two. A and B components combine the components by placing the pouch on the ground and rolling it from the Part, A side towards the Part B side like a tube of toothpaste. This will create pressure in the Part, A side and force the middle seal to break, thus allowing the two components to mix together thoroughly mix the materials by shaking the pouch back and forth, and squeezing the edges and corners towards the center of the pouch mixing should Be done for at least one minute at this point the proctors catalyzed and must be used immediately once the material is thoroughly mixed, use, a pair of scissors to cut the corner off the pouch and pour contents into a 9-inch paint. Tray use a three-inch paintbrush to cutting around the edges, use only a 3/8 inch nap deal. Nted high quality roller cover fully saturate the roller and roll out in an M

This product can be applied in temperatures ranging from negative 20 to 200 degrees over tonight, interior applications, as well as extra applications, any imperfections in the concrete, like tips or cracks need to be corrected prior to grinding. This can be achieved by using the recommended patch material. This material is a one to one mix, just add sand into a film. Any imperfections allow up to 20 minutes or so then down a grind smooth. Now, let's grind it's important to grind the concrete correctly, so the coating applied later will soak into the pores and block itself in, for best results use a 60 to 80 grit diamond. It is helpful to have a small hand grinder on hand to get it close towards the walls or for any patch repair work. It can be utilized in tight corners, especially along the wall. Other things to consider when, using this small hand, grinder, is to keep in a circular motion moving at all times. This avoids any deep grooves. You want to thoroughly document blow out all dust of the concrete as much as possible. It is very important that the dust is completely removed to ensure proper adhesion of the coating. It helps to blow the garage floor out two to three times. The finished profile you're looking for, is to remove about 90 % of the cream from a concrete, especially in high-traffic areas. Once all of your protective clothing has been put on make sure you have a convenient mason station set up with the drop cloth underneath it to catch any spills. Let'S get started, we are going to start out with a pigmented prime coat mix the product to spec, and it's one gallon at a time start out by cutting in and coming away from the wall three to four inches and tapering off. This makes it easier for the person growing to cover all areas give this coat anywhere from 45 to 55 minutes to dry, depending on temperature, especially before proceeding to the next step. For the next step, have a couple of 5-gallon buckets filled with color chips and put your spiced shoes on, and safety gear start cutting in. Just like the prime vote, once the first square is all cut in roll active level, then across world, even after product, even as possible, once the top two squares are all cut in and rolled out start distributing your colored chips into. It remember try to cover the floor is even as possible with the colored chips test it by pressing your thumb into it and twisting your thumb to see if the tips move. If the chips don't move you're ready for the next step blow all the loose ships to the back of the garage into one corner and pick up, you can reuse. These chips starts taping at one direction than the opposite direction apply a little bit of pressure, while straightening that they use take the floor. The better result you will have, in the end, with your texture and finish coat once the floor is all straight blow all the tips to the back of the corner of the garage and clean up once again. After all, this is done blow the garage out two to three times to make sure all the loose chips are blown out of the garage and also blow off the driveway. So no debris can blow in and later on, on your top coat put on your safety gear and spiked shoes start to mix your product. Don'T forget it mix your product to spec and one gallon at a time so off the same way that the last two coats once the square is all cut in and rolled out proceed to roll out in the opposite direction. This will eliminate any roller marks and will even out your product good job, guys you're all done three hours walk on time and 24 hours drive on time. Don't ever pay the full price! This number is not an accurate reflection of what the dealer thinks the car is worth.

You don't want to feel like you're rushed and commit to a deal that doesn't really make you comfortable. You need at least a full afternoon. If you do not have a lot of time, don't hesitate to come back when it is more convenient.

When you go car shopping, do not look at vehicles above your price range.

Test drive any car before you buy.

Never discuss down payments, what you have down, or trade-ins until you've established an actual price on your desired car. These items should all be subtracted from the bottom line price. You will probably get the best price this way.

Test drive the vehicle you are interested in before buying it. Even if you see exactly what you want at the dealership, take the few minutes needed to test drive it. There is no substitute for the feeling of driving the car.You may find that the car has a rougher ride and handling are not as smooth as you anticipated.

Rent cars to test it out. This will help you get a chance to spend some time driving the vehicle. Go on a trip in that car stands up to the abuse. This trick is an easy way to get lots of first hand experience with a vehicle before buying one.

You must know just how much you can afford. Determine the amount of money you can realistically spend on a monthly car payment. You might need to search for a loan shopping prior to car shopping.

Bring a friend with you on your car shopping trip who can give you sound advice on your decision to buy a car. They will stop you from making a decision based decision. Ask them ahead of time to keep their eyes and ears open for any possible problems or disadvantages that they identify during a test drive.

Ask the dealer to allow a mechanic examine the car. This mechanic needs to be one you trust.Don't use a mechanic your dealer suggests.A good mechanic will let you determine whether or not the car is in.

Research properly when you want to buy a car used. There are online sources on the Internet that can give you good values. NADA and Kelly Blue Book are useful in finding out the value of a car.If there is a dealer selling cars at too high of a price, then walk away.

Think about the MPG a car shopping. A car that gets good gas mileage may cost more up front, but it will save you a lot of money over the life of the car. Think about long term costs prior to picking out your budget.

Be sure to look for rebates before you go.Lots of car dealers offer on-site rebates in order to convince you to make a fast sale.

It can really work out for you to purchase a car later in the month. All dealerships need to meet monthly quotas. This can work toward your advantage because you negotiate the best price for your way.

Don't dress up when you go to the car dealership. It won't be easy convincing a salesperson that you wish a good rate if you are dressed up in fancy clothes.

Look at "hidden" expenses associated with buying that car. Different cars will have different insurance costs, fuel economy, resale values, and maintenance costs. Look into part costs, specialty oil change requirements, along with gas requirements. These hidden costs can make your ownership cost vary significantly.

Now that you have some terrific advice, get ready to have some fun while purchasing a vehicle. As long as you can afford it, you'll find that your new car will be a pleasure to drive every day of the year. It is the end result that makes the job of purchasing worth it.

WHY EPOXY IS A PREMIER GARAGE FLOOR COATING

by on May 01, 2019

One of the toughest and most durable finishes that you can apply to a garage floor today is an epoxy coating. Not only does it protect your garage floor, it can instantly transform your boring or ugly cement into a professional looking floor of beauty and function. And since the garage is fast becoming more than just a place where you park the car, the benefits of garage floor epoxy have quickly made it one of the top choices for garage flooring today.
Safety should be a strong consideration with taking on a roofing project. The weather is key to whether or not you should be up on a roof. Until the weather gets better, put a bucket underneath a leak. Check your roof out when the weather gets better to see if the issue is something you can fix.
Used for both residential and commercial applications, epoxy will give your garage or shop floor that showroom shine that says “look at me”! Depending on which application you choose, you can select from a variety of understated solid colors and hues, to custom colors and blends of color flakes that match your style or even your favorite sports team.
So let’s examine briefly what an epoxy coating really is, what the benefits are for you, learn how it’s applied, and some of the costs involved.
WHAT IS GARAGE FLOOR EPOXY?
When you fix a leak, it is imperative that you get the job done on the first go. You have to continue searching out problems, even if you find a spot with an issue. Check every square inch of your roof for problems; you might have a number of issues.
We’ll start by ending some confusion about epoxy right now. An epoxy garage floor coating is not paint. Paint for garage floors is a latex acrylic product. Some paints will have a small percentage of epoxy added to the mix to make it more durable than standard paint, but it is still paint. These are known as epoxy paints or 1-part epoxy paint.
epoxy garage floor with contraction joints
Epoxy is an actual thermosetting resin that is applied as a coating. It is formed when you mix one part epoxide resin with one part polyamine hardener. The hardener acts as a catalyst and is what gives epoxy its strength.
Make sure that you're secured in the right way anytime you're doing work on your roof. If you end up slipping, this could save your life.
Unlike paint that has to dry, epoxy actually cures. When the two parts are mixed, a chemical reaction is started which creates an exothermic curing process. This curing process produces polymer structures that are closely cross-linked giving epoxy its superior strength and durability. The end result is a coating that is much thicker than paint and bonds tenaciously to a properly prepared surface.
BENEFITS OF A GARAGE FLOOR EPOXY COATING
So what makes an epoxy coating one of the best finishes for your garage floor? Besides looking nice, the hardened and thick application that you get from epoxy creates a coating that is very durable and resilient to impacts, chipping, chemicals, stains, and surface abrasion. You don’t have to panic about damaging the floor if you drop a wrench or a bicycle falls over.
Prior to the removal of your old roof, make sure your lawn is cut short. This will ensure he can find any dropped nails easily. If you get a contractor that has a nail finder with magnets on it, it will work better in shorter grasses.
The thicker coating also does a great job of covering over minor imperfections such as small spider cracks and flaws in the concrete. Because epoxy is a topical sealer, it is also anti-dusting. Much of the dust in a garage is created from the powder that a cement floor can shed. Normal traffic on bare concrete can kick up this dusty powder that has a tendency of collecting on cars, tool benches, and storage items, as well as being tracked into the house.
As a topical coating it is also naturally moisture resistant. This is a great benefit for people who live in snowy climates. It makes for easy cleaning of icy brines and road salts that can collect on the floor during the winter. Just a little mild soap and water is all it takes. Dust and debris can be collected with a dust mop or soft broom when the floor is dry.
Depending on whether you added colored acrylic flakes to the floor and the type of topcoat used, some surfaces can be slippery when wet. For people who live in drier climates this usually isn’t an issue. If you want some extra grip however, you can add slip resistant aggregate to the final coat that will create a non-skid surface.
It is your responsibility to know what's involved in hiring a suitable roofing contractor. You shouldn't hire the first or the cheapest one you find. Take the time to find out more about all the roofing contractors in the area. You should ask friends, search online, or even use a referral service that looks for workers for you that are trusted.

Flooring by Closet Organizing Systems
Epoxy coatings receive high reviews from the home mechanics and hobbyists as well. Since it is both chemical and stain resistant, oil, brake fluids, anti-freeze, gasoline, and other caustic car chemicals can easily be wiped up without worry – even if it sits for a while. Rolling tool boxes, jacks, and jack stands will not damage the floor either. It also brightens up the garage environment because it is very light reflective depending on what type of finish you choose.
If you require the services of a roofing contractor, look into his credentials and experience. You might try to get referrals from family and friends for good people. Referrals can help you avoid getting an inferior roof installed, along with the cost and frustration of correcting the mistakes.
As tough as this type of garage floor covering is, it’s not resistant to everything however. Welding is hard on epoxy because it can create burn marks from the hot slag that falls on it. It’s also not a good choice for garage floors that have moisture issues. The rate of moisture vapor transmission from underneath the slab can cause epoxy to delaminate if it is too high.

The age of your roof often determines if it's time to have it replaced. Roofs have, generally, about 20 years of life in them. Therefore, once your roof reaches this age, you need to replace it in order to prevent damage to your home.
A common question that pops up about epoxy garage floors is hot tire pick up. This is caused when the hot tires from your car can soften lessor quality coatings. The tires then cool down and contract after driving which causes the tire tread to literally grab and pull at the surface of the still soft coating. This process will actually cause the epoxy to delaminate as the tire pulls it up off the floor.
Hot tire pick up is a problem that is associated more with the lesser quality products such as store bought epoxy paint kits. These are usually water based coatings that are 50% solids at best and only 3 mils thick, as compared to 100% solids epoxy that is 10 mils or more thick. These thicker coating are generally found in quality commercial grade product or professionally installed coatings.
Because the thicker, multiple coat epoxy floors wear so well, warranties of up to 15 years or more for installation by professional installers is becoming common. Many manufacturers of 100% solids epoxy warranty the product against defects for the life of the floor.
Before you actually start installing new shingles, be sure to carefully examine your materials. Leaks can occur if sub-par materials are installed. Check every inch of your shingles to maintain high quality.

HOW GARAGE FLOOR EPOXY IS APPLIED
Epoxy garage floors require good floor preparation which is critical for a successful coating. This usually involves some form of either floor grinding, shot blasting or acid etching of the floor to profile the concrete for the epoxy. It’s very critical that it is done right or the epoxy coating will not adhere properly. Patching or repairing any cracks or other damage to the concrete before the epoxy is applied is required as well.
Only employ roofing contractors that can give you proof of insurance and an active license. If they can't then look elsewhere. You have no options of recourse if their work is not up to standard.
Quality epoxy floor systems usually involve multiple coats to insure a very tough and resistant coating that will last for years. Many times this will involve an epoxy primer which is applied first.
diagram of epoxy floor systemThe primer is what binds to the concrete to provide adhesion for the subsequent layers and provide for a higher build. Some primers will also act as a moisture barrier for those cement floors that are somewhat susceptible to moisture vapor that moves up from the soil through the concrete to the surface.
The next coat is the color coat or base coat. This may sometimes be applied without primer depending on the manufacturer’s recommendations. This coat will also receive the application of colored acrylic paint chips to add density and texture if so desired. The final coat is the clear top coat. This is what gives the finish that glossy look and depth that these floors are known for.
Don't forget the little things when hiring a contractor. If someone makes it to all their appointments on time, or calls you at the time they told you they would, it's likely that they're reliable. A contractor who provides you with a typed bid demonstrates professionalism on his part. These are all qualities you want your prospective roofer to have.

One option would be a system that includes a polyurethane top coat. Epoxy will yellow or amber, as the industry calls it, when exposed to sunlight over a period of time. Polyurethane is a two part polymer that hardens just like epoxy and is used as a sealer and protectant. When used in the color coat and top coat with epoxy, it will resist the yellowing effect that happens when exposed to sun.
GARAGE FLOOR EPOXY COSTS
Find out if your contractor is a part of any industry associations. Reputable firms will be interested in staying up to date with current trends and methods in the industry. If they are not keeping up to date, it may be wise to look elsewhere.
The least expensive method to achieve a quality coating is to apply the garage floor epoxy yourself. This isn’t too difficult for the ambitious “do it yourself” person. A quality single coat 100% solids epoxy kit that will cover a standard 2-car garage can be purchased for less than $300. This doesn’t include any expense for floor prep or additional tools however. Expect to pay approximately $200 more if you want to add a clear top coat.
A professional installation generally starts around $4.00 a square foot depending on the competition and area you live in. This usually includes a minimum of 3 coats and the cost goes up from there depending on the amount of top coats involved and how much color flake is applied in the base coat. A typical 2-car garage is approximately 400ft² to get an idea of cost.
Because of the curing time needed between epoxy coats, total time to complete the job and be able to park your car is approximately 3 to 5 days. There are now newer polyaspartic and polyurea floor coating systems that are fast curing that can be applied all in one day and driven on the next. Professional installation of these systems start around $6.00 a square foot. Because of their fast cure rate, they should not be applied by the average DIY person who is not confident in their abilities.
If a unique roof is something that you want to get, such as one with turrets on it or maybe metal plating installed, you have to talk with the roofer to see if they have experience with those things. If they have limited knowledge, find someone else. You should take risks with your roof.
When reviewing the different epoxy options available, the best garage floor epoxy is going to be a 100% solids multi-coat system. Though it is the more expensive option for a floor covering, it is arguably one of the most economical of installations when compared over the duration of the floor.
Whether you are turning your garage into a show piece for storage and cars or just want something to protect your garage for years to come, a good system such as this will last years and give you one of the best returns for the dollar.

An extreme polishing systems in Deerfield Beach - we are here at Don Garrity from HP, Sparta Co. Welcome Don, thank you for having me Chris. I appreciate it beautiful weather down here. I painted on to say that okay, so I just want to know okay, but it is beautiful weather wherever you are, it's always 80 degrees in South Florida and it never rains anyways uh right now. At this point, in this lab, we basically put down like a primer coat right, put that a base coat of black and we're going to follow it up with a pigmented metallic. This is this: is the metallic blue mixed into the part AI haven't activated it yet? So as soon as I activate it, we have 25 minutes to push it out here and I'll. Do it application for you all right great? Well, let's have some fun. Okay, enjoy this all righty all right, I'm going to activate it with the B right now and that'll start its live and hopefully the little walk and a half. Here we go okay, we're going to activate this up, and this takes about a minute or two to stir this product up. All we're trying to do is break down the metallic flakes when we put this product out it's in the eye of the beholder how its applicated you cannot roll it in straight back and roll forth motions just to cover the slab. You would do that, but then you have to kind of do it in a an artist fashion. However, is there a lot, however, anybody wants to do it. You can do this with a squeegee. You can do it with a trowel or you can do it. I'M going to be using an 18 inch, 3/8 nap roller so with the short mix here, roll up its a product down here on the floor. Let'S you see how beautiful it is. Okay looks kind of pretty like that. All things you just got to leave it like that they were just like that, and one thing you do want to do. Is you want to saturate your roller up? Okay, make sure that you got all your edges of your roller cover cause. You don't want you. Don'T want dry roller marks in this product pretty much. What you want to do is cover the slab you're not going to make big puddles. Let'S just get the just get the slab wet it out. First, this way doesn't matter what direction you look like this in the end is, as you can see, there's no method to its just cover the cover up the slab. At this point we get out in this area once it's covered, you want to take your roller swirl. A little bit give a little action. I just remember: it's important got 25 minutes to use it, so you have plenty of time. You just want to make sure you get in this lab go to code as it is a code. You have to cover every issue. Once you get it once you get us into some clashing, you want to kind of swirl around a picture, start motional. What you want, so you can see that it's kind of a self modelling where it'll make its own patterns. You want to give it the start of the pattern, and you don't want it to look straight lines so just kind of throw anyway 3:8 nice. Okay, when you go up there and look on that edge, you're going to go back around and give it a little more deference as we go like I said again, the most important part at this stage is to get this slab totally covered inside the house and Raju everything this you can put anywhere if you're doing it inside of a house, I would recommend using our pure Cisco, okay. Okay, it does the same ecstasy, it's just no odor and no VOCs. Once you once you get this something happy once you get your pallet covered, then what you want to do. Is you just want to go back, I'm just going to walk all the way around the slab here, it's kind of give you an idea what you can do with it. This is something for the top pull down. You know you can put a top coat of clear on it with anti-slip assured, barley, Isis, and what, if possible, you like? It'S not it's not totally required, because this isn't optimal. Okay, all of our coatings. All of our coatings are the same. They are top coats. Intermedia coats and so forth now, if you're going 600 square feet, you're on spike you're on spike right well, this poor she's you'd be going and working your way back. We'Re going way back absolutely not have a guy out there doing the motion, I'm still actually, by the way you guys probably see, then we do salsa spikes, okay in medium, large and x-large - that you actually click your boosters. This can choose into they're not like rocks. It'S got a shoe Indiana. My plan they're, like $ 89 for heritage grants. When you get to this point, the floor basically is done, get about 15 minutes, you'll, see where it will take its own little. You can do whatever you want to do with the store. You know people like to be skips unaware, whatever you want to do it don't matter, some people get brushes and brush it. You can also spritz out denatured, alcohol or acetone on this to give it wing crater effect. Okay, do we have here what Capital Area Devils there? I do not have clear acetone as America's got color and I don't think it's going to matter it's going to just going to be years, I'd be creating something right now driving for his jug of this drop. What'S this air, this hair? No, he does dry clay and the other nice thing is, you can add, you can add to it. Take away from whatever you'd like to do. You want a little darker, just add more products to it. Okay, you can mix up. You can mix up multiple colors if you'd like to and add them together. The talent wars are just a preference of the applicator. You
